I really appreciate The Trust having so many free and useful webinars at this time. Dr. Bryant gave a very effective and helpful presentation (both of them). Aside from some of the technical glitches (voice slow or garbled) I do not understand the negative feedback. I agree with one post that the negativity displayed may in fact be a symptom of burnout. 

It have been very helpful, particularly over the past 5 years, to have the consultation resources available to help with the upheaval in delivery of services consequent to Covid. I have also valued the many continuing education courses that are timely in focusing on contemporary concerns, both clinical and academic.

I have spoken with 2 of your representatives recently about needing to make changes in policy coverage. They were both very pleasant, professional and helpful in helping me navigate the changes. 

My most recent call was quite simple and straightforward, but I’ve been helped by and had great experiences with several customer service representatives over the years. 

The customer service representative was very helpful. Even though she didn’t immediately know the answer to my question, she was able to find the answer very quickly. 

The agent was professional, helpful and courteous. I cannot ask for more. That is why I have stayed with The Trust my entire professional career. 

The gentleman listen to my request politely, understood what I needed and took care of it. I am technically-challenged and he made allowance for that, and was able to work with me.
