Dr. Stacey Larson earned her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School and her Psy.D. from Widener University Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology in 2007 through the Widener University Joint Psychology and Law Graduate Program. She worked for the American Psychological Association as an attorney within the Practice Directorate, Legal and Regulatory Affairs Department for several years specializing in issues related to HIPAA, electronic health records/technology and privacy/confidentiality.
She currently works as a psychologist in the VA conducting disability, capacity, and clinical care assessments and is a consultant to The Trust. Additionally, she is the chair of her VA hospital’s consultative ethics committee, conducts monthly ethics seminars for clinical trainees, and supervises trainees in conducting capacity and compensation/pension evaluations.
