Dr. Davison’s most recent assignment has been as the Chief of the Integrated Clinical Operations Policy Support Branch in the DHA Medical Affairs Directorate. Dr. Davison is a process oriented, thoughtful, and collaborative leader.

As we embark on this new chapter, we would like to acknowledge our esteemed colleague and retiring CEO, Dr. Jana Martin. Please join us in expressing our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Martin for her outstanding contributions. Under Dr. Martin's guidance, The Trust has achieved unprecedented success, significantly expanding our market reach, fostering innovation, and solidifying our position as a leader in the provision of insurance, financial security, and risk management programs for psychologists and related professions. We are immensely grateful for her vision, dedication, and tireless commitment to excellence in helping us achieve these goals.
